GWR Route: Bearley to Alcester

Alcester Station - GWR Views: gwr-mra476

Looking towards the junction with the Midland Railway's Evesham to Birmingham line with the GWR engine shed on the left part hidden by the hedge. The boarded crossing in the foreground led to the Permanent Way's hut which was recessed inside the right hand bank. On the left behind the telegraph pole can be seen head shunt required to access the GWR engine shed.
