Ex-GWR 4-6-0 Hall class No 6934 'Beachamwell Hall' is seen with twelve coaches behind the tender whilst at the head of the up Cambrian Coast Express as it arrives at Platform 7 on 10th September 1960. Built at Swindon works to Lot 340 in December 1941 No 6934 remained in service until October 1965 when it was withdrawn from Banbury shed to be scrapped in January 1966 by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
