Hall Green Station: gwrhg2930

Ex-GWR 4-6-0 No 6971 'Athelhampton Hall' passes through Hall Green on a down express on 16th May 1964. A member of the 6959 or Modified Hall Class No 6971 was built by Swindon works to Lot 366 in October 1947 remaining in service until October 1964 when it was withdrawn from 2A Tyseley shed to be scrapped by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
