Ex-GWR 2-6-0 No 6340 is seen at the head of a parcels train as it passes from the down relief life line on to the down main line. Built at Swindon works to Lot 21 in June 1921 No 6340 remained in service until July 1962 when it was withdrawn from Taunton shed to be scrapped in March 1963 by J Cashmore of Newport.
