GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

GWR 4-6-0 No 4080 'Powderham Castle' is seen at the head of an up express as it passes Solihull's original goods yard. Built at Swindon Works in March 1924 No 4080 remained in service until August 1964 when it was withdrawn from Southall shed to be scrapped in December 1964 by J Cashmore of Newport.
