British Railways built 4-6-0 6959 class No 7918 'Rhose Wood Hall is seen on a Class A five-coach up express passing the exchange line with the former SMJ line in April 1957. Built at Swindon works to Lot 368 in April 1950 No 7918 was a member of the Modified Hall class designed by FW Hawkesworth and remained in service until January 1965 when it was withdrawn from 2A Tyseley shed to be scrapped during May 1965 by G Cohen of Morriston.
