Tyseley Shed: gwrt346

GWR 4-6-0 Hall class No 4971 'Stanway Hall' is seen standing on one of Tyseley's stabling roads ready for its next turn of service. Built at Swindon works to Lot 254 in January 1930 No 4971 remained in service until August 1962 when it was withdrawn from Canton shed in Cardiff to be scrapped during January 1964 by R Hayes of Bridgend.
