GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

Great Western Railway 30xx Class 2-8-0 No 3026 passes by Cape Yard with a down goods train in 1938. Built as ROD No 1726 by Nasmyth, Wilson & Company Ltd, No 3026 entered service with the GWR in August 1926 after being stored for a number of years and remained in service until December 1954 when it was withdrawn from 86G Pontypool Road shed.
