LMS Route: Rugby to Tamworth

Ex-LMS 4-6-0 5MT No 45187 runs through Tamworth Low Level station with a Class D freight service in 1958. Built as LMS No 5187 by the Armstrong Whitworth Company in September 1935, No 45187 was to remain in service until almost the final days of steam on British Railways being withdrawn during June 1968 from 9H Patricroft shed to be scrapped by Drapers Ltd of Hull.
