Part Two of the schematic plan of New Street station showing lines to Wolverhampton circa 1910. New Street Signal Cabins No 4 and No 5 can be seen, located on Platform 9 and on the right respectively, as can the underpass which had an entrance off Navigation Street. The Midland extension neccesitated that the access to the turntable had to be moved to the west side.
