A late Edwardian view of Dunchurch Station's up platform with the timber waiting room and Booking Office to the left of the brick built stationmaster's house. The enamel signs are advertising Mitchells & Butlers, later better known as M&B, beer; Waterloo Cakes which are not for human consumption but are for cattle or other livestock being Linseed Cake and made by Ayre Brothers of Hull, Lipton's Tea who claim 'Largest Sale in The World' and Pears Soap which was the world's first mass-market translucent soap.
