Ordnance Survey map of Hampton in Arden's goods yard and shed which was located to the East and the down side of the station. The station and the yard is noted by Preston Hendry & Powell Hendry in Part One of 'An Historical Survey of Selected LMS Stations' as being equipped during the period of 1912 to 1920 with; a 5 ton crane and facilities to handle Goods traffic, Furniture Vans, Livestock, Horse Boxes and Carriages by Passenger Train.
