Ex-LMS 6P 4-6-0 'Rebuilt Royal Scot' No 46155 'The Lancer' is seen approaching Harborne station on 27th June 1955. Built at Derby works in July 1935, No 46155 was rebuilt with a 2A taper boiler and as such remained in service until December 1964 when it was withdrawn from 12A Kingmoor shed to be scrapped by Arnott Young of Troon.
