Ex-LNWR 2P 0-6-2T Watford Tank No 6878 is seen on shed on shed circa 1936 having been made ready for its next duty. Number 6878 was built by Crewe works in June 1888 and was another long-serving resident of the shed being withdrawn from Monument Lane in February 1948 and scrapped shortly afterwards.
