Rugby Shed: lnwrrm919

Ex-LNWR 7F 0-8-0 No 9403 and LMS 2P 4-4-0 No 667 stand in line together on the approach road to the shed on 3rd November 1946. Built as LNWR No 1154 at Crewe works in July 1921 No 9403 remained in service until it was withdrawn in June 1962 from Buxton shed. The LMS Class 2P, No 667, was built by Derby works in January 1932 and remained in service until it was withdrawn in November 1959 from Ardrossan shed and was scrapped in December 1959 at Cowlairs works.
