LMS Route: Evesham to Birmingham

Ex-MR 0-4-4T 1P No 1348 is seen at the head of a suburban service during the afternoon on 2nd March 1936. A member of the MR's 1823 class No 1348 was later renumbered No 58057 by British Railways but it is doubtful the locomotive ever carried the number as it was withdrawn in May 1949 from 17B Burton-on-Trent shed to be scrapped by Derby works soon afterwards.
