LMS Route: Birmingham West Suburban Railway

Looking along the branch's up line towards Central Goods as a goods train appears to be running wrong line towards the camera on 3rd April 1955. The signal on the left is the up starting signal whilst the two upper quadrant signals in the centre were the down home and distant for Church Road junction which lay behind the cameraman. The platforms to the former Five Ways station can just be seen on the left before Bath Row Tunnel.
