MR 0-6-0 3F No 3181 complete with round top firebox passes MR Kirtley 0-6-0 stopped at the up signals south of Kings Norton station on 17th September 1921. Built at Derby Works circa 1887 as a member of the MR's 1698 class, No 3181 became No 43181 under British Railways before it was withdrawn in April 1957 from 19A Grimesthorpe shed to be scrapped in May 1957 by Derby works .
