An aerial view of the junctions between the MR's lines to Leicester and Ashby and the Trent Valley Line. The Trent Valley line is running north to south on the extreme right whilst the Ashby branch forms the top of the triangle. The bridge carrying the Birmingham to Leicester over the Trent Valley is at the very bottom whilst the connecting line between Nuneaton Trent Valley station and Nuneaton Abbey Street station passes under the same bridge and curves to the left.
