Ex-GWR 4-4-0 'Dukedog' class No 9015 is seen standing at Stratford on Avon at the head of the South Midlander SMJ Rail Tour on 24th April 1955. Built as GWR No 3215 by Swindon works in October 1937 No 9015 was allocated the name Earl Cancarty but this was never fitted and remained in service until June 1960 when it was withdrawn from '89C' Machynlleth shed to be scrapped in November 1960 by Swindon works.
