Two ex-LMS 4F 0-6-0 locomotives, No 44491 and No 43971, work within the confines of the rebuilt shed as its being demolished on 2nd July 1957. The former coaling stage has only the roof left on whilst only the wagons filled with demolition material remain within the shed's roads.
