An unidentified British Railway's Standard Class 9F is seen working hard at the head of a Class F express freight south of Rugby Central. A Class F was categorised by British Railways in 1960 as 'Express freight, livestock, perishable or ballast train NOT fitted with the automatic brake'. The locomotive is thought to be No 92081, which if correct would mean that the locomotive was allocated to 15A Wellingborough or 15B Kettering.
