View of the completed brick arch underbridge Upper Shuckborough north of Staverton Road . Photographed around 1897, this handsome structure was one of dozens of such occupation bridges on the Last Main Line, built to provide farmers with access to their land. This section of the Railway (Contract No 4, Rugby to Woodford) was constructed by T. Oliver & Son.
