Ex-LNWR 0-4-0ST No 4 is seen standing out of steam in the yard ICI's factory in Witton circa 1951. Built at Crewe in 1865 as LNWR No 3042, the locomotive was purchased in 1919 and was subsequently withdrawn to be preserved by the British Transport Commission and is now part of the national collection at the National Railway Museum in York.
