Ex-LMS 8P 4-6-2 'Princess Royal' class No 46207 'Princess Arthur of Connaught' is seen in full flight at the head of the 'Merseyside Express'

Ex-LMS 8P 4-6-2 'Princess Royal' class No 46207 'Princess Arthur of Connaught' is seen in full flight at the head of the 'Merseyside Express' near Cathiron on 8th February 1955. Built at Crewe works in August 1935 No 46207 remained in service until November 1961 when it was withdrawn from Willesden shed in London to be scrapped in May 1962 by Crewe works.
