LMS 5XP 4-6-0 Jubilee class No 5557 'New Brunswick' is seen at the head of an up express service after passing Newbold Troughs in August 1937. Built by the North British Locomotive Company's Hyde Park works in June 1934 No 5557 was named in October 1936 and remained in service until September 1964 when it was withdrawn from Derby shed to be scrapped during December 1964 by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
