LNWR 4-6-0 Prince of Wales Class No 637 'Thomas Gray'
approaches Shilton with an up express originating from North Wales. Built at
Crewe works in December 1913 No 637 was renumbered as LMS No 5629 in May 1927
and remained in service for exactly 21 years being withdrawn in December
1934.
