LMS Route: Nuneaton to Leamington

Ex-LMS 5MT 4-6-0 No 44938 heads a passenger express through Bedworth on Friday 3rd May 1963. Built by Horwich works in November 1946, No 44938 was allocated to 2A Rugby shed between May 1957 and January 1965 and remained in service until October 1967 when it was withdrawn from 9D Newton Heath shed to be scrapped by J Cashmore's of Great Bridge.
