Ex-LNWR 0-6-2T 'Watford Tank' No 6923 is seen standing at the West end of Platform 2 at the head of a Wolverhampton local passenger train during the late 1930s. Built at Crewe works in June 1901 No 6923 was to remain in service until May 1941 when it was withdrawn to be scrapped by Crewe works.
