A watercolour painting showing an ex-MR 4-4-0 2P drifting past Clifton Mill station's level crossing. The two girls on the right portray my wife, Veronica nee Hopcraft, and her best friend who lived in the village and who frequently visited the station during her childhood. This is one of several Warwickshire railway locations painted by Pete Annable after being commissioned by Mike Musson. The other paintings commissioned can be seen by visiting Pete's gallery in Warwickshire Railway's Art Collection which also includes similar themed railway paintings by other artists such as Phil Hawkins and Gerald Broom. These were not commissioned by Mike Musson.
