View of the covered loading area to Coventry's goods shed No 1 located in Warwick Road good next to the Birmingham to Coventry mainline. This photograph by the Coventry Evening Telegraph appeared in the excellent book 'Steaming into Birmingham and the West Midlands ' by Richard Coleman and Joe Rajczonek and was captioned that it was Coventry's goods shed No 2 from the Grosvenor Road entrance. However this can be seen in image 'lnwrcov554' as being incorrect as the configuration of the loading area and tracks is wrong and Grosvenor Road was too far from either shed. In addition, the lean-to structure and roof details are clearly belonging to Coventry goods shed No 1 as seen in the yard layout for this section. November 1960
