Ex-LMS Class 5 4-6-0 No 45240 runs through Winson Green
station towards New Street station with train W264 circa 1957. Built as LMS No
5240 by Armstrong Whitworth and Company in August 1936, No 45240 remained in
service until January 1967 when it was withdrawn from 5D Stoke on Trent shed to
be scrapped by G Cohen of Kettering.
