LMS Route: Nuneaton to Birmingham New Street
Bromford Bridge Station: mrbb1699
Ex-LMS 8F 2-8-0 No 48646 passes through Bromford Bridge at
the head of an up mixed freight service. Built as LMS No 8646 in November 1943
by Brighton works of the Southern Railway, No 48646 was to remain in service as
June 1968 when it was withdrawn from 10D Lostock Hall to be scrapped.
