Looking towards Bath Row road bridge with the Jewish cemetery amongst the trees on the right circa 1957. On the left are the twin tracks of the Birmingham West Suburban Railway on a falling gradient to New Street station whilst the on the right the up goods line to Birmingham Central Goods Station runs through its own tunnel before rejoining the down goods line in a cutting a little further on. To take this photograph the photographer was standing on the Islington Row road bridge.
