The booking hall was in fact just a corridor from the station building's front or road elevation through to the platform. Whereas the Gentlemen's latrines were accessed direct from the platform, at the far end adjacent to the exit from the station, the ladies toilets were located within the building, between the two waiting rooms. and were accessed directly from the ladies waiting room.
