E&WJR 0-6-0 No 12 with 'outside frames' is stabled fully coaled and watered outside Stratford upon Avon shed. The lack of any background scenery would indicate that the photographer has been hard at work with his brush. Dick Riley & Bill Simpson wrote in their book that this Beyer Peacock locomotive was 'described as having 'chocolate coloured frames'.
