GWR Route: Hatton to Bearley and Alcester Branch

View of Auto trailer No 83 being hauled by an unidentified Collett 48xx class 0-4-2T locomotive. The trailer is definitely a 70’ diagram U trailer and No 83 was known to be working from Banbury in the late 1930’s / early 1940’s. The photograph was taken from river side of the Great Alne to Haselor road as the train approached the level crossing at Great Alne Station.
