GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

Looking towards Acocks Green's new road side station building from Sherbourne Road showing building work still being undertaken above the up main line circa 1906. To the right we can see more of the wall evident in image 'gwrag1075' whilst beyond the post box has been re-sited and the fencing has been replaced. The bridge over the original tracks remained with the road side station building being built on the Yardley Road side of the bridge with the bridge over the two new main running lines.
