A 1960s view of the Concourse showing advertising hoardings around the bottom of the glass roof and car parking bays in the driveway area. The road traffic is now directed around an island which has two notices informing drivers that the car parking is limited to fifteen minutes for dropping off passengers. The advertising is promoting the Engineering & Building Centre in Broad Street, Deutsch and Brenner's Aluminium Extrusions and 'Top People Read the Times'.
