View of the ornate but very dirty passengers entrance to Snow Hill station and the former entrance to the Great Western Hotel. The 'Empire' kiosk has been added sometime in the 1930s and is another demonstration on how the railway companies in Great Britain were forever looking to enhance their revenues from their properties. The ornate carvings under the balcony above the entrance to the former hotel and below the station sign are more typical of the Victorian age than the Edwardian age when the station entrance was built.
