View of the underpass which passed under the full width of Snow Hill station leading to Great Charles Street booking offices. The same method of construction used at the parcels office and yard is also seen applied here with the steel girders running parallel with the running lines being tied together with cross-girders and the space between in-filled with light coloured bricks in the form of an arch. The same light coloured salt-glazed bricks have also been used on the walls to help reflect the artificial light within the subway.
