Birmingham Snow Hill - Grouping Period Locomotives: gwrbsh1232

GWR 4-6-0 Saint class No 2937 'Clevedon Court' is seen light engine passing the sidings that lay at the North end of Snow Hill station in August 1939. Built at Swindon works in December 1911 No 2937 was to remain in service until June 1953 when as one of the few remaining Saint class locomotives it was withdrawn from Hereford shed to be scrapped at Swindon works.
