Ex-GWR 4-6-0 Grange class No 6864 'Dymock Grange' is seen leaking steam from its cylinders as it approaches Platform 12 at the head of the up 'Salop Stores' train. Built at Swindon works to Lot 308 in February 1939 No 6864 remained in service until October 1965 when it was withdrawn from Tyseley shed to be scrapped in January 1966 by G Cohen of Kingsbury.
