Ex-GWR 4-6-0 6959 class No 6971 'Athelhampton Hall' is seen on pilot duties at Snow Hill 7th March 1964. Built by Swindon works to Lot 366 in October 1947, No 6971 remained in service until October 1964 when it was withdrawn from 2A Tyseley shed to be scrapped by J Cashmore of Great Bridge.
