Ex-GWR 4-6-0 No 6011 'King James l' stands at platform 7 on the 09:00 hours up express to Paddington on 14th April 1962. Built by Swindon works to Lot 243 in April 1928, No 6011 was to remain in service only for a few more months being withdrawn during December 1962 from 81A Old Oak Common shed to be scrapped by Swindon works.
