GWR 4-4-0 Atbara class No 4142 Brisbane is being oiled by its fireman as it stands in Platform 4 whilst at the head of a down local passenger service in April 1921. Built at Swindon works in July 1901 No 4142 was to remain in service until October 1928 when it was withdrawn from Landore shed in Swansea for scrapping by Swindon works.
