Close up of image 'gwrha472' showing the Stratford upon Avon end of the down platform buildings and the water crane located at the end of the platform. The passenger footbridge had steps rising from the station approach which was on the route of the right of way the railway crossed. Passengers would normally only use the steps rising from the down platform to gain access to the up island platform. The partition seen at the end of gable wall nearest to the camera was built to screen the gentlemen's toilet from passengers.
