Close up of the image 'gwrha475' showing the ventilation provided in the glazed section above the door and single road complete with inspection pit for servicing the branch locomotive. The door appears to be in a good condition to be used to secure the building. On the right of the shed can be seen the siding that was used to stable the loco coal wagons from which the footplate crew would transfer the coal directly into the locomotives. The sleeper at the end is an ad-hoc rail stop used primarily to prevent wagons from running off the track.
