GWR Route: Banbury to Wolverhampton

Ex-LMS 8F 2-8-0 No 48477 is seen working hard as it heads a down freight between Banbury and Birmingham on 26th July 1966. Built as LMS No 8477 by Swindon works in June 1945, No 48477 was to remain in service until September 1966 when it was withdrawn from 2A Tyseley shed to be scrapped by Cashmore's of Great Bridge.
