An internal view of Hockley's Correspondence Office seen in 1967 shortly before its closure. This was one of a series of photographs taken in 1967 to record the internal views of the offices at Hockley. The staff on view were corresponding with customers and other parts of the former GWR company. With the closure of Snow Hill and the GWR line to Wolverhampton its duties were switched to other depots in parallel to the closure of Hockley's traffic.
